I graduated from Colorado's U.S. Career Institute massage program in 2012. Wanting to further my knowledge of both the medical and holistic sides of massage I attended and graduated a second massage program at Mind Body Institute in Nashville, TN in 2015. I specialize in Therapeutic massage, Sports Therapy, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Cupping, and  Ashiatsu. I also do Swedish and Prenatal. As a former competitive swimmer and very active person, I tend to lean toward techniques involved with sports therapy. Using some movement to both shorten and lengthen muscles, I can get into the muscles deeper while still providing a relaxing experience. I have had the privilege of working with a number of marathon runners as well as some pro athletes. In the past, I have worked with Marriott hotel spas as a trainer along with a few other high end resort spas, including Blackberry Farm and Mountain. 

I love helping people through massage. I fell in love with it at a very young age, and I'm honored when people trust and allow me to work with them. From headaches, to muscle aches/pains, to improving athletic performance.....massage can help with the overall wellness of your body.
