If you’re missing your zen, Paula can help you find it! The ambience alone invites a calm, relaxing experience. Usually I find I have issues with the massage being too soft or too hard, but she was spot on, and I felt very invigorated. afterwards. Excellent for circulation.Paula was very skilled and pleasant. Would highly recommend!

The room was really relaxing and honestly couldn’t hear any of the outside noise. The music playing was really comforting and Paula was super skilled at a therapeutic massage. It’s a different style than I am used to, but it was still really relaxing. I am going to return and try out her deep tissue next time!

I have been consistently seeing Paula for a few months now and all I can say is I wish I had found her sooner! After just a few sessions I can feel tension releasing that I never thought possible! Just incredible and I highly recommend!
