I book a two-hour massage for a very specific reason: it usually takes my nervous system the first hour just to calm down enough for me to truly receive therapeutic bodywork in the second. That was not the case with Ms. Paula.
For the first time in many, many years, I was relaxed enough to fall asleep on the massage table. Her pressure and techniques were spot on, and I drifted off within the first 20 minutes. The session felt deeply intuitive, grounding, and genuinely therapeutic from the very beginning. I left feeling not only physically better, but truly regulated and restored.
Ms. Paula has an incredible ability to create a sense of safety and relaxation while still delivering effective, intentional bodywork. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will absolutely be booking with her again.

If you’re missing your zen, Paula can help you find it! The ambience alone invites a calm, relaxing experience. Usually I find I have issues with the massage being too soft or too hard, but she was spot on, and I felt very invigorated. afterwards. Excellent for circulation.Paula was very skilled and pleasant. Would highly recommend!

The room was really relaxing and honestly couldn’t hear any of the outside noise. The music playing was really comforting and Paula was super skilled at a therapeutic massage. It’s a different style than I am used to, but it was still really relaxing. I am going to return and try out her deep tissue next time!
