From the very first time I had a hand massage which relaxed my whole body to working as a hospice volunteer and wishing I could give physical comfort to patients, I have wanted to become a massage therapist.
In 2022 I graduated from the full time program at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. Since then I have become certified in both Myofascial Release in the John Barnes approach and Manual Lymphatic Drainage and have worked at Back in Balance Therapeutic Massage. To me massage therapy is a partnership between the client and therapist. I love seeing my clients becoming more aware of (and forgiving) of their bodies and not only how they function but the incredible strength and connection they carry.
We are all, as humans, in this together.
I live in Greenwich with my family and own Idlenot Fibersmiths with my BFF Kate.
