As a result, I developed a deep interest in exploring cultures around the world and their ways of healing and artful expressions. I also love dancing and thai yoga massage feels so much like dancing!

My education in practicing healing arts began in 2007, when I received my certification as an Iyengar-influenced Hatha yoga instructor from Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Baja, Mexico. I then graduated from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics and practiced massage and bodywork until I became certified as a Thai Yoga Therapist in 2011. 


I became a Thai Massage instructor in 2012 and have taught certifications around the country. 


In 2020 I opened a new chapter of my business and now offer online trainings, and Embodiment Coaching services. I LOVE all aspects of what I do and how healing is such a unique and profound experience for every single individual I work with.

I had a great 90min deep tissue massage with Lydia. She was all around fantastic! She worked some stretching into my treatment and suggested some exercises that I can do to provide myself with some relief. My wife and I were both very impressed with our treatments and we will definitely be back!
