bringing mind and body into balance through massage

I truly love what I do! After several years of assisting students in funding their college educations, I finally decided to follow my instinct about where my own path should lead. I truly love what I do! After several years of assisting students in funding their college educations, I finally decided to follow my instinct about where my own path should lead. I enrolled in massage school and immediately felt I had found my home! I enjoy helping clients find balance through massage, whether for athletic recovery, pain relief or relaxation. To uncover that balance, I offer a combination of modalities tailored to each client’s individual therapeutic goal. This can include Swedish massage, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, and hot stone massage. I am committed to constant learning and evolution, and am honored to be able to provide clients with a safe space to unwind. My hope is that each client leaves my table feeling refreshed, revitalized and restored.

I received my massage training at Great Bay Community College, earning a certificate in Massage Therapy in August 2015. Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) member. One of the things I love most about my work is the opportunity to continue to acquire new skills and grow as a practitioner! I learn something new from every client. I've also completed additional coursework in massage cupping, myofascial release, and treatments targeting specific areas of the body, including the shoulder girdle and low back. I have also gratefully received attunements in Reiki Level I and II, Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage.

In my practice, I use doTerra Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils.

When I'm not in the treatment room, you might find me at home with my husband and daughter- cooking, eating, knitting or reading. Or you might see me out in the world hiking or sniffing around with my intrepid dog explorer, Sam. I love the woods and the beach and feel immeasurably blessed to live so close to both! You might also find me where there's good coffee and a window for daydreaming....
