Hi! I'm Lisa, and I LOVE massage! I've been massaging for almost 9 years, focusing on the medical benefits of massage since 2019. I've worked in spa settings, in clinics with chiropractic doctors, and have found a combination of both to fit a Therapeutic approach for your overall wellness. Come see me for post - surgery rehab, deep tissue, pregnancy, or you just need to relax. I can't wait to share what I've learned with you all!

Massage for the skin. A light to moderate skin rolling and stretching technique to promote oxygen, blood flow, and elasticity to your connective tissue.
Similar to Myofascial Release, but to more targeted areas. The cups are a suction therapy to help pull apart deep rooted muscle tissues that are stuck together, allowing fresh blood and oxygen to flow back to those areas. Side effects may include itching and/or non painful "bruising" or discoloration on cupping sites.
It doesn't just smell nice, certain smells trigger signals and responses in the brain, helping to relax the body. Each essential oil offers a different benefit, such as easing nausea, reducing anxiety, and some are used as an anti-inflammatory to sore muscles.
