My sessions combine deep, effective bodywork with nervous system regulation. I draw from deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and intuitive touch, always working collaboratively with your body rather than forcing change. My sessions combine deep, effective bodywork with nervous system regulation. I draw from deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and intuitive touch, always working collaboratively with your body rather than forcing change. I strive to create a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. I encourage you to notice what your body communicates through sensation, emotion, boundaries, and discomfort. I see bodywork as an intentional process of release and reassessment, letting go of what is no longer serving you while creating more ease, awareness, and balance in the body. We will address your concerns and reflect on what might be contributing to them.
My path into this work began while studying Psychology in college, when I discovered yoga and experienced how profoundly it can shift both body and mind. That curiosity led me to become a Registered Yoga Teacher and eventually to East West College, where I graduated in 2014 and began over a decade of hands-on work in massage therapy.
After the birth of my first son in 2021, my focus expanded into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. I trained as a Birth Doula and completed training in prenatal, birth, and postpartum massage. Supporting people through this transformative season of life has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
Outside of bodywork, I enjoy cooking and baking treats, restorative yoga, and staying active outdoors with my husband and two sons. Originally from New England, I’ve called the Pacific Northwest home for over 12 years.
