Hi, I’m Lavet, my journey into massage therapy began with my own need for healing. Years ago, after an automobile accident left me in pain, I sought relief through chiropractic care. During that time, I was introduced to massage therapy. The physical and emotional relief I experienced inspired me to leave my career in real estate and become a licensed massage therapist in 2011. Now, after over 14 years in the field, I am passionate about helping others feel the same renewal and relief that massage therapy gave meWhen I’m not in the studio, you will find me enjoying life’s simple joys; gardening, reading, biking and traveling. These hobbies help me stay grounded and inspired, both personally and professionally. I love the life I live and live the life I love.

Lavet was on point with her assessment and as treatment. I had a knot near my thoracic spine for years. Chiropractic work didn't work to correct it and relieve the pain. I didn't tell Lavet about it but she found it and worked on it and around it and that pain is history. I will definitely return.
