I’m Lauren, a dual-state, licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping you achieve optimal wellness through the art of touch. Licensed since 2014, I specialize in deep tissue and craniosacral therapy, offering personalized sessions tailored to your unique needs.

Deep tissue massage is perfect for addressing chronic muscle tension and pain, while craniosacral therapy focuses on releasing restrictions in the body’s connective tissues to promote relaxation and healing. By combining these techniques, I create a comprehensive approach that targets both physical discomfort and emotional stress, helping you find balance and relief.

I believe in the transformative power of massage and its ability to foster a deep connection between the body and mind. My passion for holistic healing drives me to continually expand my knowledge through ongoing education and training.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me hiking, dancing, or playing piano, which fuels my commitment to maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life.

Let’s work together to enhance your well-being and restore your vitality!

No more soreness.

She listens really well to my needs. I was having headaches and nausea for weeks before I came to her. I haven't had a headache since! She is attentive to the body and knowledgeable. If we don't start right on time, she doesn't make me feel rushed or like I'm inconveniencing her. When I am the only client there, she lets me listen to my audiobook!
