I have an intuitive style informed by extensive study in myriad subjects like anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial tissue, prenatal massage, energetics, and more.

Best massage I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot. Equally relaxing as it was helpful. Katherine was so knowledgeable and really knew what was going on with my muscles, she gave me stretches to do at home. I left there feeling like a whole new person. Got what I came for and then some!

Katherine understood what I was needing with my neck and shoulders. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and explained a lot about the muscles and why she was working on certain ones even though my neck was in pain. She explained how the muscles were connected in certain ways.

Katherine is very skilled and easy to talk to . I’ve been a hair stylist for many years and she gets to those places that keep me going. She is really helpful with stretches that help in between also. Highly recommend !
