Outside the studio, I recharge in nature—hiking, biking, paddling, and skiing. These experiences fuel my understanding of movement, recovery, and the importance of holistic well-being.

I have had hundreds of massages, but none better than Jessica! Her methods are thoughtful and extremely well targeted. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are working on the right things, and i really appreciate the way she delivers the “why” and “where” that she is working on. She is very smart and passionate about what she is doing, and it shows. I Would recommend a thousand times over, my wife and I LOVE getting worked on by Jessica.

She focused on the areas that I told her about and explained where the pain and discomfort stems from and where it is held. She is very knowledgeable. I learned alot about my body from her. She is also very friendly and is there to help you, not just do a job.
