 Massage therapy is manual medicine.  It's not only healing for the physical body but for the mind and soul as well.  One of the greatest joys I get out of this work is helping people connect with themselves on a deeper level. Whether it's discovering a muscle they didn't know they had or by brining awareness to a place where they have been storing emotion.

GYROTONIC® Instructor

I have been working as a GYROTONIC® instructor since 2020. It is a beautiful modality designed to decompress the spine, increase mobility and stability by using specialized equipment to assist and help support the movement. I am certified in GYROTONIC® level 1, GYROTONIC® Level 2 program 1, ARCHWAY level 1, Application for Dancers level 1, and am currently working on certification on the JSB® (jumping stretching board)

Licensed Massage Therapist

I am a licensed massage therapist offering a therapeutic approach. I work with each client to understand their unique situation so that together we can come up with the best plan to fit their needs. I use a combination of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release as well as some stretching therapies depending on the desired outcome.
