My name is Trudi Wheat LMBT#19105, and I have been actively working in wellness  for over 10 years . My journey to massage therapy started 8 years ago as a chiropractic assistant serving Gaston County, where I developed a passion for helping clients in our community to reach their pain management goals. In 2020, I earned my North Carolina LMBT  license from The NC School of Advanced Bodywork, specializing in deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy for pain relief and structural corrections. My professional training and expertise will provide you with therapeutic massage modalities which include relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) and therapeutic cupping. I will work with you to customize each session individually. I have worked with athletes, pregnant women, and those who experience acute and chronic pain, as well as those recovering from injury.
