A licensed therapist with a deep desire to help others find relief from their aches, pains and discomforts, no matter the cause! I truly believe we all tolerate more pain in our daily lives than we need to, and it's easier to get to the root of the problem than most of us realize. With the proper treatment, guidance and education, we can all lead pain free lives and focus more on enjoying every moment, rather than wondering what the physical repercussions of any given activity is going to be.
When I'm not working on helping my clients I'm off hiking, training for my next road race, recovering with Netflix, or getting a massage of my own!

Giselle made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. She was friendly, professional and communicative and made me feel very relaxed. She paid special attention to the areas where I mentioned having soreness and checked in multiple times to see how I was feeling. I felt great immediately after my appointment, and even better the next day!

I had the most amazing lymphatic drainage massage! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The treatment was both relaxing and incredibly effective. I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and so refreshed. I could actually notice a difference right away.
Giselle was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they truly care about their clients and their well-being.
