When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me outdoors hiking, gardening, cooking, running, or biking—or nurturing my curiosity through learning, my spirit through the Word, and my heart through simple acts of kindness.

Emily is a skilled massage therapist that was able to hone in on problematic areas and reduce/eliminate myofascial trigger points. It was my first visit but I will definitely return. My lower rating for ambiance was simply as result of the location of her massage room. It's inside a gym and I could hear clanking of machine weights and men grunting when lifting. Fortunately her skill compensated for less than perfect ambiance.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Emily took time to understand my needs and focused on exactly the right areas. The atmosphere was calming, and I felt relaxed and cared for the entire session. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and recharged. I’ll definitely be back!
