"come home to your body" Thich Nhat Hanh
My mission at Green Healing is to guide each client back to balance. My aim is to ease muscular pain and nurture core healing through intentional deep tissue, stretching, myofasical release and other modalities. I believe true wellness goes beyond the body- I strive to create a grounded, compassionate environment where physical relief and inward restoration meet.

Elizabeth is amazing at what she does. Her skill, technique and awareness to where you are holding your tension without even needing to tell her is what sets her apart!
