In addition, I offer my signature Zen Flow Massage which integrates mindful breathwork, rhythmic flow, intentional pressure, and subtle energy balancing. This approach is designed to melt tension, calm the mind, and restore a sense of grounded ease—helping you reconnect with your natural state of balance.

Jennifer gave me a wonderful first experience. I'm usually a little uncomfortable at first with a new massage therapist. not with Jennifer. She immediately set a warm and comfortable vibe and was a great massage therapist. I made another appointment as soon as it was over, too. Would highly recommend.

Being a regular customer of massage therapists due to chronic muscle issues related to a sports injury in college, I am thrilled to have found Jennifer upon moving to Waterford. Very few have had the ability to find the optimal balance between soothing and battering. Too light feels nice, but doesn't do anything for me. To aggressive and I feel like I've been hit by a truck. Jennifer intuitively finds the right approach to make the session both very relaxing and also therapeutic.
