A few things about me:

I truly enjoy what I do as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I have been in massage for 8 years, and have gotten training from multiple mentors for Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Pressure/Deep Tissue techniques, and helping clients live in a more pain free way.

Here are some of the many different medical issues that I have helped clients reduce pain/discomfort with:

Fibromyalgia, multiple forms of Arthritis, chronic pain areas in general, Sciatic pain, reduced range of motion, reduce stiffness, chronic migraines (migraines are chemical so we can't completely get rid of them, however reducing the stress in the shoulders and neck can greatly reduce migraine triggers), Plantar Fasciitis, carpal tunnel pain, tennis elbow/golfers elbow, and massage can also help reduce feelings of anxiety and insomnia, and many more issues.

Cody was excellent! I went in with persistent shoulder pain that had been getting progressively worse and limiting my range of motion. After seeing an orthopedic specialist, my options were essentially to live with it or get a cortisone shot—physical therapy wasn’t even recommended. Cody took a different approach. His deep tissue work and focus on trigger points targeted the root of the issue. He helped release guarded, imbalanced muscles that had been restricting movement. He was very intentional in his technique, working through areas that were clearly sensitive but doing so in a way that felt productive, not overwhelming. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant release in tension and a meaningful improvement in mobility. It felt like my shoulder could move more freely again, without the constant resistance and discomfort I had been experiencing. I would highly recommend Cody for anyone needing skilled, results-driven bodywork.

I had an amazing first experience. I wasn't sure if having work done was going to help with my issues. I have been dealing with constant pain in various locations on my body and Cody listened to all the concerns and helped work my pain points. I was definitely more relaxed and felt more normal after the session. I will definitely be booking again, and again.
