A few things about me:

I truly enjoy what I do as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I have been in massage for 8 years, and have gotten training from multiple mentors for Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Pressure/Deep Tissue techniques, and helping clients live in a more pain free way.

Here are some of the many different medical issues that I have helped clients reduce pain/discomfort with:

Fibromyalgia, multiple forms of Arthritis, chronic pain areas in general, Sciatic pain, reduced range of motion, red...

Fibromyalgia, multiple forms of Arthritis, chronic pain areas in general, Sciatic pain, reduced range of motion, reduce stiffness, chronic migraines (migraines are chemical so we can't completely get rid of them, however reducing the stress in the shoulders and neck can greatly reduce migraine triggers), Plantar Fasciitis, carpal tunnel pain, tennis elbow/golfers elbow, and massage can also help reduce feelings of anxiety and insomnia, and many more issues.

Cody is an amazing masseuse! I always walk out in a “massage coma“. He starts off the appointment asking if there’s any areas he needs to concentrate on and will work out any knots you have!! He consistently asks if the pressure is good and how you are feeling. The room he works in is very spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. I look forward to all of my appointments and recommend Cody to all my friends.

What a difference Cody has made for me! I'm training for a body building competition, and he has helped loosen my back to assist with posing, and it is WORKING! Week after week, I'm getting more range of motion, and just feeling so much better with my training in general. He's really good at what he does. Highly recommend!

I have been to several therapists over the years. I had my first massage with Cody this past Sunday and it was literally the best experience I’ve had and will never go to another therapist. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the start and it truly shows he cares about his clients. Additionally, he’s extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and so nice! Went above and beyond to make sure he addressed the ongoing issues I’ve had for years and my body can feel the benefits from his work. I will continue to see him for regular sessions.
