I'm Nalee, a licensed massage therapist specializing in neuromuscular therapy. My work centers on understanding muscular tension, movement patterns, and the ways our bodies adapt to daily demands.

I originally came from the corporate world, but I wanted a career where I could make a more direct, hands-on difference in people's lives. That led me to therapeutic bodywork, where anatomy, problem-solving, and human connection meet.

My approach combines clinical knowledge with individualized care. I enjoy working with people who want to understand their bodies, improve how they move, and take a more active role in their well-being.

Outside the treatment room, you'll find me drawn to the water, outdoor adventures, continued learning, and all the little things that make life feel expansive.

I'm excited to connect with Austin's wellness and movement community, collaborate with like-minded professionals, and help more people feel at home in their bodies.

Wouldn't think by looking at her that she was as strong as she is. She can apply as much or as little pressure you need. Kinda heavy handed but I love. She listens to your needs and concerns. She is very smart in deciding what needs to be addressed
