This appointment was to explore the modality of Reiki healing with a focus to release what no longer serves me. Arlene is a gifted and compassionate spiritual and energetic healer. She carefully explained the areas she focused on for healing and provided suggestions on what I could do at home to continue my work to achieve chakra alignment. I look forward to the next session.

Arlene did a great job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. The ambience was lovely, with tranquil spa music, soft lights, and a comforting spiritual touch. She was very professional and attentive did a fantastic job getting deep tension out, and I really loved all the thoughtful extras she had—hot towels and aromatherapy. Thanks for the session, would recommend :)
