If what you need is relaxation and connection, I can provide restorative Swedish and meditative shiatsu. If mobility and pain management is your concern, I can do deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretches. For me, massage is a collaborative process where we work together to figure out what your body needs to return to balance and exceed its old limits.

In my spare time, I practice Chen-style tai chi. I believe my martial arts and massage practices mutually reinforce each other as both demand special attentiveness and awareness of how the body behaves in motion and at rest.

Angel worked out some knots I didn't know I had and a lot that I did know about. He was very professional and strong hands. For deep tissue, this was the best massage I've ever had. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved the work Angel did on my neck and jaw to relief tension. The only negative thing I have to say is my appointment was later in the afternoon and he gave the impression that he didn’t really want to be there. His tone when talking to me sounded a bit irritated and short and the actual massage was about 10 minutes or so shy of 60 minutes, but his work was great!

Angel is the best! Very polite and professional. He thoroughly explains everything he does and the reason behind it and is very thoughtful about the level of pressure used. Angel always makes sure to check up on how I feel after every session and answers any question I may have. No problems at all and I would recommend him for anyone thinking about going in for their first time. 10/10!

Angel was very thorough and he still finished with the full body massage while also spending a good amount of time on my problem area. I like that he includes the face and doesn't take offense when asked to adjust the pressure. I will come back and recommend to others. Thank you!
