I pride myself in compassionate care that listens to and responds to your needs, pulling from a broad toolbox of techniques and modalities. If what you need is relaxation and connection, I can provide restorative Swedish and meditative shiatsu. If mobility and pain management is your concern, I can do deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretches. For me, massage is a collaborative process where we work together to figure out what your body needs to return to balance and exceed its old limits.

In my spare time, I practice Chen-style tai chi. I believe my martial arts and massage practices mutually reinforce each other as both demand special attentiveness and awareness of how the body behaves in motion and at rest.

Angel is wonderful and a family member comes to him too. He is so professional and works out all those knots. His room has a great ambiance and its very relaxing. You are never exposed, always covered up and when its time to roll over he makes sure you have privacy to do so. He adjusts your blanket and it does not feel invasive!

I can’t say enough great things about Angel. He know what problem areas you have without having to tell him. Although he always checks on what needs to be worked on and if pressure is okay. The BEST deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and I’ve been a faithful customer for several years.
