I pride myself in compassionate care that listens to and responds to your needs, pulling from a broad toolbox of techniques and modalities. If what you need is relaxation and connection, I can provide restorative Swedish and meditative shiatsu. If mobility and pain management is your concern, I can do deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretches. For me, massage is a collaborative process where we work together to figure out what your body needs to return to balance and exceed its old limits.

In my spare time, I practice Chen-style tai chi. I believe my martial arts and massage practices mutually reinforce each other as both demand special attentiveness and awareness of how the body behaves in motion and at rest.

Angel is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and precise! As a Massage Therapist I refuse to use too many people! Helped after full knee replacement where Physical Therapy, shots and meds couldn’t help! Great asset to the company!

Very rough when moving me around, yanked the pillow from under me, the poorest attitude that I have EVER dealt with. Gave me nothing but attitude the entire session. Constant rude comments. I ended my session 30 minutes early cause I had had enough. I will NEVER return to this establishment as long as he works there. I am in shock of how someone could be this terrible to someone who is coming in to relax and enjoy themselves. He should rethink his profession.
