I am a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Licensed Massage Therapist, and an Ayurveda Practitioner. I am also a certified Baby & Infant Massage Instructor, supporting parents in fostering connection and well-being with their little ones. I hold an MBA in Integrative Therapies and am trained in Calatonia Therapy, a gentle somatic method that encourages deep relaxation and nervous system harmony.

I approach my work with intuition, compassion, and a desire to serve. By combining my experience and diverse training, I create personalized treatments that care for both body and mind. Whether my clients are seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, or emotional tension, my intention is always to provide nurturing care that supports lasting wellness. I am honored to share my knowledge and skills with you and to guide you on a journey toward balance, healing, and holistic well-being.
