My attraction to the peaceful and calming effects of nature inspired me to move to the Pacific Northwest. Here I have learned to share the serenity I’ve found through massage. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I can provide you self-care, deep tissue, or release from stress and trauma induced tension.  My understanding of the connection between your body and your emotions allows me to use massage to encourage emotional growth and development toward a more satisfying life.
