Hello! My name is Sarah Reilly. I am a Licensed physical therapist assistant, massage therapist and personal trainer with a BS in Allied Health Sciences and Health Promotion. I specialize in functional gait analysis and myoskeletal alignment techniques to help identify and correct muscle imbalances in individuals with chronic pain. Through my personal and professional life experiences, I have found that the greatest gift life has to offer is the connections you make along the way. My passion for helping others has led me to pursue my dream job. My goal is to help individuals establish positive lifestyle changes in order to maintain a balanced, pain-free, energized, and active quality of life. I believe patient education and compliance is the key long-term success. Change must come from within. My job is to provide therapeutic interventions and exercises to all my clients, but lasting results can only be obtained through lifelong changes. Whether you are seeking treatment for an orthopedic injury, recovering from a motor vehicle accident, suffering from post-surgical pain/joint restriction, chronic pain, weight gain, fatigue, neurological ailments, vestibular/balance issues, cardiac disease, cancer, depression or anxiety, I am here to provide lasting guidance and support every step of the way.

I perform full body assessments utilizing a series of special tests and video analysis software to better study gait mechanics. Identifying normal gait patterns, as well as aberrant patterns in the gait cycle helps me determine where there may be muscular imbalances, potentially leading to chronic pain patterns. After a treatment plan is established, we will work together to gain a better understanding of what may be causing these imbalances, while also focusing on strengthening the muscles that are weak and elongating tight, restricted areas with progressive stretching and massage techniques.
