She's always asking questions before starting! Anything hurt that we should work on? It's wonderful to know that every time I'm there, she is focusing on my needs for the session. She even lets me know areas where my muscles seem overly tight so we can focus (if needed) and I can evaluate any issues that might have caused it. My massage is not just physical but also allows me to mentally rest, too.
