Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage training covers the history and benefits of stone therapy, how to select, heat, and safely apply various types of stones, and how to perform full-body or targeted massage techniques. Training included in-person clinics while enrolled in the Associate program for Therapeutic Massage. This training provided instruction on client consultations, contraindications, sanitation, and incorporating the therapy into an existing practice or treatment menu.
