I can’t recommend Renae enough! I came in dealing with sciatic pain and a lot of postpartum tension, and she made such a huge difference. From the start, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. She really understands the body — especially postpartum — and knew exactly how to work on my sciatic pain without making anything feel overwhelming. The pressure was perfect, and she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I walked out feeling so much relief in my hips and lower back, and overall just more like myself again. It’s honestly the best massage I’ve had, especially for postpartum recovery. If you’re dealing with sciatic pain or navigating postpartum healing, Renae is absolutely the person to see.
