Hey there, i'm so glad you're here! My name is Josie Cash. I graduated high school in 2023 and, like many, I thought I knew the exact direction I was supposed to go. I went straight into cosmetology school, but quickly realized it just wasn’t God’s plan for me. I decided to take a gap year, where I worked as a paraprofessional in a special education class. That experience gave me a deeper love for helping others feel supported, valued, heard, and understood.

In October 2024, I followed a new calling and began the massage therapy program in Lynchburg VA. I’ll be graduating September 17, 2025, and I could not be more excited to step fully into this career.

As a massage therapist, my mission is simple: to create a space where every client feels welcomed, cared for, listened to, and respected. I believe massage is not just about the body, but also about the heart and mind. Whether you come to me for relaxation, pain relief, or simply a moment to breathe, I promise to meet you where you are and help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.
