At Hands and Harmony I was able to learn the basics of massage and received training on lymphatic massage, sports, Ashi, and intuitive energy healing readings. This was a fast pace spa where we worked on various clients from all walks of life.
I worked along side chiropractors, acupuncturists, and 9 massage therapists on staff. We worked with athletes, U of I patients and employees helping people get out of pain. I used medical massage techniques and trigger point therapy to help relieve pain.
