We’ve talked about how stress affects the body (& we gave you a few tips for reducing your stress as well). Now, we want to talk about client communication.

Simply asking, “Are you stressed out?” might not always be enough nowadays. In a recent study, over half the respondents reported that they felt “paralyzed” by stress.

And believe it or not, it’s much higher in young people.

So what do we do?

Let’s open the lines of communication…
