I began my journey into healing as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2019. Prior to massage I was a Certified Medical Assistant for 7 years. Although I loved providing care as a Medical Assistant, I decided it was time to step into alternative medicine and assist people in a more holistic manner. In 2022, I became a member of the Abdominal Therapy Collective (ATC). ATC is a group of practitioners, healers, and bodyworks who use techniques, as taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN, to address the position and health of pelvic and abdominal organs to improve function of reproduction and digestion.
