Mandy Lou McCracken-Atkins is a Physical Therapist Assistant, Massage Therapist, Massage Therapist Instructor & ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer, practicing for more than 30 yrs. She has a broad range of specialized areas thus her bodywork is a slow-moving form of massage, individual as the needs of the person receiving it. 

Her personal bodywork sessions borrow from many sources including Swedish Massage, Eastern Medicine, craniosacral work, physical therapy, Watsu®, Shiatsu, and the teaching of Moshe Feldenkrais, Ida Rolf, Leon Chaitow, John F. Barnes, Dr. Vodder, George Eversaul, Dr. Carol B. Lewis, Ruth Sova to name a few.

Mandy holds numerous qualifications including Certifications in; Aquatics, Aqua-Stretch Facilitator, Kinesio Taping Practitioner, Concussion Recovery, Dementia Practitioner, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer & scar tissue & pain management specialist.

Mandy has been working in the Adult & Senior field for more than 30 years. She has specialized in Dementia Care, providing person centered & directed therapeutic training and educating peers on a host of specialized skills in order to provide excellent care for their clients. Her background in therapy, understanding the effects of pain and human behavior, and advance knowledge in techniques to attain or maintain function brings a wide-range of resources.
