About Us

 Working in the medical industry for over 15 years, I have watched many patients that were sick with various ailments and disease. Doctors prescribe countless medications and drugs on a daily basis only to see a boomerang effect. I knew there had to be a better way. After doing some research and changing my  own diet and lifestyle, I myself felt better, thus did better and want to share.   This inspired me to bring this knowledge and information to those who are ready to do and be better, by providing them with the tools and education.  I am a nationally licensed massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, practicing yoga and health coach and mentor. I provide clients with the tools to become more energetic,loose weight and eat and feel better
