Reiki I will teach you the foundations of the Reiki practice. In this class you will learn the hand positions, technique, history, and principles of Reiki. Reiki I will teach you how to feel energy and enter into a state of heightened awareness and develop your intuition. You will begin to practice feeling your own energy and the energy of others through the giving and receiving of Reiki.

About Jill Hermes Massage Therapy

The goal of my business is to provide a gentle environment for healing to occur on all levels.

I've been trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Visceral Manipulation, Cupping, Craniosacral Therapy and am also a Reiki Master. I use all my skills in an integrative massage that is sure to help healing on all levels.

Wouldn’t recommend. I was disappointed for the $$. Very dry personality. Didn’t feel welcomed. Felt like I was trespassing with first 10 min of interactions even though I had scheduled appointment. It was very clear she didn’t like who I usually used for massage therapy, which is fine. But very vocal about it when I didn’t ask nor care to hear. I was just telling her my treatment as part of her intake. Awkward session, not friendly. Had to leave for a few minutes to do something for a client after me. Etc etc. I’m happy to pay, but wasn’t worth what I paid in my opinion.
