I grew up in Southern California. My family relocated to Mesa, from Hemet, CA, when I was fifteen years old.

I graduated from Red Mountain High School with the Scholastic Diploma they offer. Once I graduated high school, I ventured into the professional field of Optometry where I worked both for major corporations and private doctors across the valley.

I came to the conclusion that I wanted to change my career path to one where I could more directly help people heal, recover, and improve individual's experiences in life.

Massage Therapy seemed to fall into my lap and I decided to pursue the best education I could get in the field of massage. Phoenix College, I discovered, offers not only a certificate program in massage, but also offers a degree program for Therapeutic Massage.

I was pleased that as a community college offering training in therapeutic massage, the school was required to train students in proven massage techniques and modalities that provide scientifically based improvements for clients.

I did receive my degree from Phoenix College in Therapeutic Massage in 2014. I then formed Go-Go Padgett PLLC, a mobile massage service. I focus on connecting with my clients on a level where my hands begin to speak to, and listen to, the body of my clients. I listen to my client's words and try my best to match the pressure they desire when being treated on my table.

Trigger Point Therapy is a proven modality that I learned in school and use with clients who desire the massage modality to be incorporated into the massage session. Most often this is used for pain relief and tight tense muscles.
