When I was young I played a lot of sports, and at an early early age I started feeling the tole on my body from it. I started looking up trigger points and stretches to help with the pain and help improve my performance in sports. I soon started helping my team mates out also with what I was teaching myself and knew from then on that I wanted to be a massage therapist and help others as well. After high school I attended Accu-Tech School of Massage Therapy where I learned Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, and Swedish Gymnastic Stretching. I received my license in 2001 and I started working for the Moody Gardens Day Spa, since then I've also worked at The Wellness Center at Memorial Hospital, Lifetime Fitness Club, and San Luis Day Spa, I have been in the business for 16 years and still love what I do. I take great pride in my work. I currently specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Gymnastic Stretching.
