I have been blessed to have been working in the wellness field for over 30 years; it's a constantly changing, and evolving, field, which keeps it fresh and invigorating for me, and motivates me to be constantly learning. I received my start in the fitness field, in Tidewater, VA., as a fitness instructor, working at a first of its kind, hospital owned, wellness and fitness facility; I felt like I found my calling and I never looked back. Since those early years, I've become a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist. Both of these professions give me the joy and fulfillment of knowing I'm helping others feel better about themselves; physically, mentally and emotionally.
