Ceara has been a full time licensed massage therapist since 2013 after graduating from  Medical Arts Massage School.  She specializes in geriatric massage deep tissue, sports,  prenatal, Swedish, hot stones, and neuromuscular therapy. 

She understands that every person has unique challenges and preferences, and prides herself in being able to hone into the needs of each individual. Over the years, Ceara has specialzed in helping many people find relief from head, neck and shoulder tension. Ceara is a mother of two lovely daughters and empathizes with the physical and emotional tension women deal with during pregnancy.
