With a rewarding career in nursing spanning Emergency/Trauma, Labor and Delivery, Home Health, Blood Donation Services, and leadership as a Training Coordinator, I’ve developed a deep passion for preventive care and a holistic approach to health. Over time, I shifted my focus to advocate for whole-person wellness—honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

As a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Meditation and Wellness Coach, and Certified Fertility Massage Therapist, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my practice. My services include Integrated Massage Therapy, Prenatal and Postpartum Massage, Integrated Abdominal Massage for Women, Orthopedic Cupping Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Quantum Energy Work, and Chakra Balancing. My journey toward holistic wellness began with my own struggles with thyroid issues, inflammation, and autoimmune challenges. Through this experience, I gained firsthand insight into the limitations of conventional medicine and the transformative power of integrative, holistic care. Exploring approaches such as Quantum Healing, energy work, and individualized bodywork not only transformed my health but deepened my understanding of the importance of aligning the body with its natural state of balance.

With advanced training in techniques like Chi Nei Tsang, myofascial release, acupressure, reflexology, and energy balancing, I integrate evidence-based methods and holistic tools to create meaningful, lasting results for my clients.
