I opened Soothe Total Wellness at the Riverwalk in Lawrence, MA in October of '23. I absolutely love the area and look forward to meeting as many people from the surrounding communities as possible.

About me:

It all started when I first laid my hands on my classmate's back on Day One of Massage School. I had thought that I was destined to be a doctor or a nurse, but when my life took a detour I discovered a strong love for the profound healing properties of Massage Therapy.

I consider this bio my resume to you, my potential future client. I have chosen to break away from the standard spas and salons to offer you a truly personalized healing experience. I have found a certain assembly line style at many of these places and it doesn't seem to contribute to the authenticity of the healing experience.

Running my own practice gives me the opportunity to specialize, grow, and offer personalized treatments to my client base. I care about helping you to heal and I care about my reputation as a Massage Therapist and Healer. Every session revolves around my intentions to affect positive change for you in your body, mind and spirit.

With this is mind, I am always pursuing education and adding to my offered healing modalities. I find that regardless of what you choose to call the energy around us (the Holy Spirit, Mother Earth, the Universe, Source, etc.), it is an active part of our daily lives. When we choose to block certain things, we develop pain. It is my goal to facilitate your healing and give you gentle motivation to move forward in a positive direction.

Many physical pains are rooted in emotional, mental, or other energetic blockages. I use crystals, vibrational sound healing, symbolism, the Tarot, and other "magickal" modalities to treat pain in my clients, in addition to manual therapies.
