Yoga Class Descriptions:
Gentle Vinyasa: Let's go with the flow in a gentle way! Connecting

breath with movement, we will stretch, strengthen, & relax without

harming the body. Some yoga experience is suggested, though not

essential.

Funky Flow: This class is designed to help you enjoy the vinyasa

flow... allow yourself to get lost in the movements and the music, the

breath and the freedom inside your body, and explore the space you

create in both your asana and your mind. All levels welcome, some yoga

experience encouraged.

Yin Yoga: This class is known for being a practice of quiet power. We

seek depth and stillness in each pose, encouraging flexibility in our

muscles and connective tissues. Suitable for all levels, especially if

you think you're "not flexible enough" for yoga.

Restorative Yoga: This class focuses on completely surrendering into

long-held supported stretches. All levels welcome, no yoga experience necessary!

What The Flow?!: WTF yoga is perfect for those just beginning their yoga journey or coming back after time, injury, or illness. You'll not only find out (or rediscover) what the heck an asana is, learn to salute the sun, and discover the difference between an up dog and a down dog, but you'll also laugh a lot along the way! All levels welcome, no yoga experience necessary!

$25 single class passes and $200 10-class passes* are available.

As class size is limited to 5 students, sign-ups must be made a minimum of two hours before class begins. Please contact me directly in the office or via text at 703-447-9040 to prepay and reserve your place in class. 10 class passes are useable in all classes and expire one year from date of purchase.

As always, my yoga classes are truly for EVERYbody.

All you need are comfortable clothes, an open mind, and a sense of humor!

Stephanie Mulligan has 28 years of experience, is board certified through the National Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, insured through Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, is a Registered Yoga Teacher through The Yoga Alliance, and is an ACE Certified Functional Training Specialist. She holds additional certifications for Oncology Massage Therapy, Pregnancy, Infant & Child Massage Therapy, and Manual Lymph Drainage.
