Sarah Ischaráh is a trained psychotherapist, Reiki Master, Emotion Code and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner. She weave hands-on healing, energy clearing techniques, mind repatterning and vocal frequencies together to support you through emotional processing, inner child healing, nervous system regulation, belief reimprinting, soul embodiment, and light body activation. All in devotion to you living aligned to your truth, worth & power.

These sessions are collaborative and intuitively guided, meeting you where you are while allowing space for emergence. Sarah creates a warm, safe and attuned space for your body and mind to relax and release what no longer serves you, so that you can rebalance your energy, realign to yourself, and leave feeling lighter and brighter.

Her specialty includes using a process called Matric Reimprinting to repattern core childhood memories and wounding that influence current behaviors and patterns. She also specializes in repairing food and eating issues, guiding you to address the root emotional and energetic factors driving emotional eating or food fixation.
