Jeanette has been a massage therapist since 1997. For many years, she rented space inside a chiropractic office to help patients feel and function at their best. In 2012, she moved her practice into her home office, which provides a safe and relaxing environment to provide therapeutic massage for women, teens, and children.

Communication with your therapist is key to a relaxing and effective massage. If you are tensing up because the massage pressure is too strong, the surface muscles will contract, and the practitioner won't be able to melt into the tissues for proper release. My goal is to work slowly, and to use a pressure level that is most comfortable for you so that the tissues respond and release, while creating a deeply relaxing experience for you.

Even trigger point therapy doesn't have to be painful. I use a three-phase ischemic compression method that will help soften adhesions and relieve areas of tension in a way that is much easier to tolerate than traditional trigger point work.
