Pregnancy massage focuses on expecting women (must be at least 14 weeks). Pillows and cushions, and side-lying posture are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen, and other techniques adjusting to the needs of each individual client.
Thai Bodywork
Thai Massage focuses on increasing range of motion and joint mobility, while still providing the benefit of treating soft tissue systems. This modality is designed to alleviate general tightness, stiffness, soreness, and mobility limitations.
