Pre-Natal Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women and postnatal mothers. Side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Note: for legal reasons, we cannot massage anyone in their first trim
Hot Stone Massage
Light to moderate pressure for relaxation with the added benefit of the heated stones. So wonderful!
