Session to establish a new client includes a detailed health history intake and bodywork session to address client's concerns. The electronic health history questionnaire is sent out prior to your office visit.
45 Minute session
45 minute session, must be an established client.
1 hour
One hour massage time frame is good for three or less areas of focused work or general full body.
90 minute
90 minute massage on table addressing client concerns. This is a good time frame for a thorough full body or focused work on three or more areas.
Couples Massage
Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
