Over the years my practise has changed to accomodate my clients needs.

I now specialize in upper back and neck dysfuction, as this seems to be most of my clients main problem areas - with the daily use of computers and so many hand held devices its no wonder our neck and back is crying out for help!

I have tailored my one hour session to include some side lying work so I can really access the muscles of the neck and upper back from every angle.

I also offer pre-natal massages for pregnant moms and my most recent addition is induction massage.

What is induction massage?

Induction massage is given no earlier than a moms due date. It is a technique of stimulating the many points of the body that help to induce labor along with the use of specific essential oils on and along these points.

Labor will usually commence between 12 - 48 hours after an induction massage, it has been shown that labor brought on this way is not only shorter in duration but also less intense.

At present my success rate for Induction Massage is 80% ! While I make no claims to guarantee the start of labor I can guarantee and hour of relaxation !
