This is a complimentary in-person consultation to discuss what issues a potential client may be experiencing. Pain, restriction/tightness, injury, and sports performance are all examples of topics that could be covered.

This is a 90 minute session for new clients that will focus on eliminating the root causes of migraines.

120 Minute Session - Moench Method
120 minute bodywork session with a Moench Method Therapist. A longer session time for a single client to allow for more extensive bodywork. Great for returning clients who have two or more problem areas that need to be addressed. This is also

This session is for babies aged 0-12 months old. The full time might not be necessary, but we like to allow for feeding, changing, etc.
