Meet Alisha

Hi, I’m Alisha, a Licensed Massage Therapist and the heart behind Massages by Alisha.

My journey into massage therapy is deeply personal. Having experienced pain for much of my own life, I understand how much it can affect more than just your body. Pain and discomfort can impact your energy, your mood, the things you enjoy, and ultimately, your quality of life.

That experience became part of my purpose.

I’ve always had a heart for helping others, and massage therapy has given me a meaningful way to turn that desire into something I can physically do for another person. I know what it’s like to hurt, and if my hands can help someone find relief, feel more comfortable, relax more deeply, or simply have a better day, that means something to me.

Life asks a lot of our bodies. Everyday stress, muscle tension, long hours, and busy schedules can leave us feeling tired, uncomfortable, and in need of a reset. I believe taking time to care for your body isn’t simply a luxury—it’s an important part of your overall well-being and your ability to continue doing the things you love.

That belief is at the heart of every massage I provide.
