Many yrs of massage experience, at sites including chiropractor’s, spa, and private office. Additional advanced trainings in Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, Refelexology, and Facial Rejuvenation.

For hobbies, I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing- anything outdoors! I also work at the local car auction. I am also interested in natural herbal remedies and wild plant foraging for remedies and food.

Effective and Relaxing elements of Shiatsu ( Japanese Acupressure) and Traditional Thai Massage are incorporated into table massage session.

**Shiatsu/ Traditional Thai Massage:

Acupressure along meridians and gentle stretches effectively address pain, muscle aches and stress. Clients have reported an increased sense of well-being, with a calm energy.

On traditional floor mat. Client is dressed in comfortable clothes. (Sweats/yoga clothes).
